Dana has had a successful bodywork practice for 40 years. Introduced to breathwork in 2015 with Biodynamic Breath and Trauma Release Institute, he has dedicated himself to learn and integrate this phenomenal modality into his own life and the lives of his clients, as well as working with the institute to manage and teach their in-person and online trainings worldwide. The educator in him supports his clients to learn techniques and tools that enable them to continue their healing journey on a daily basis. His intention is to help you live in harmony with yourself, others, and nature.

Chakra Breathing Meditation  This active meditation uses deep, rapid breathing and body movement to open and bring awareness, vitality, and silence to each of the seven chakras and into your life. The meditation keeps the body moving, the energy contained yet flowing, and it also gives a way to focus your attention inside your own body. By breathing deeply and fairly quickly into the chakras, we charge the segments with energy while we move and pulsate that part of the body. This promotes a vertical connection between all the chakras and offers a taste of inner wholeness as energy flows more easily up and down the spine.   Adults Only

Chakra Loop Meditation  Chakra Loop is a active breathing meditation that uses the breath to bring awareness to the chakras and to connect their energy, thereby bringing harmony to the seven main chakras. This is a breathing bio-energetic process that opens up energy flow and oxygen circulation throughout your whole body. You may move through pent-up emotions, and ultimately fill your body to capacity with radiant energy. More than just the activation of the individual chakras, this particular meditation process activates the entire chakra system in a balanced way.   Adults Only

Kundalini Meditation  With this active meditation, we are looking to “un-freeze” any energetic blocks in the body. Basically, melting from the inside out. As we release stuck energy in the core of our bodies, it allows the release to spread throughout the body and then penetrate the mind. When we can let go of the thinking and just allow our bodies to flow, we can move from repressed energy to authenticity, joy, and even bliss.   Adults Only
