Shannon is first a magical mother, wife, and spirit sister who loves involving her family in all aspects of living a magical life daily as well as in monthly moon rituals. Shannon is also a professional counselor with nearly a decade of experience with individuals and groups of children, adolescence, and adults in a variety of community settings. Paint With Yourself. Reconnect to you inner child or enjoy being a child as you use your body (hands, fingers, elbows, feet, toes, you name it!) to express your connection to the world through color, shape, and texture. Letting go of self-analysis to simple be oneself, this workshop utilizes techniques from art therapy and child development to promote connection to and expression of the self without language.
