Grant Marquit and Laura Pothier will act as facilitators, producers, stagehands and occasional chant or movement leaders, drawing on some esteemed members of the Sirius Rising community to pick up the slack (or give more, if that’s in order) for various portions of the night. Grant’s experience bridges MCing, large-scale composition, performance, production, group facilitation and chant. He has closely collaborated with visionary musicians and artists, healers and shamans, scholars and scientists, business and civic leaders, and many Brushwood regulars!
Alchemical Fire Preparation – Music, Chant and Sound The Alchemical Fire combines chant, movement, prayer and other elements around a night-long “intentional” fire. Various leaders from the community facilitate portions of the evening where participants are guided on a quest of transmutation, from Root to Crown, beyond and back again.
