All relationships must contain the same building blocks, the more involved the more you realize just how important the simple things are. We will explore the components that make relationships work; active listening, passive communication, compersion, and envy versus jealousy – just to name a few. This is the time that communities need to be woven together to build stronger chosen families and communities to truly thrive. Dream Work & Exploring the Unconscious. In this workshop we seek to explore how dreaming and meditation can profoundly affect our personal transformation and guide us on our journey to expand our consciousness. The common symbols and patterns created by the collective unconscious are our key, how to better access them through ritual, relaxation exercises and other techniques must be decided upon, then we can journey together through a guided meditation. 1-2 meditations will be done to begin this exploration.
