Ms. FayeWren is a Deaf Educator/Special education teacher certified
nationwide and in Canada. She is certified to teach PreK – 12th grade, but
Kindergarten has always been her not-so-secret favorite. She enjoys
working with children and teaching so much, she comes to Brushwood
during SUMMER to watch and teacher the children here! Ms. FayeWren
enjoys singing, dancing, writing poetry, drawing, reading comic books, and
is CPR and First Aid certified.
Miss Cricket is an exceptional woman who enjoys beading, reading,
painting, and dancing. She has a wide arrangement of talents and prides
herself on her infectious laugh and smile. Miss Cricket dreams of being a
Beekeeper someday, as well as owning and upkeeping her own small farm.
She loves to be around children and loves to watch children learn and
grow.
Make your own Clopping Sticks; Needed: Thick sticks, paint,
glitter, glue, other decoratives to make their own clopping sticks. Children with Parents Sankofa
Make your own Rattle Drum!; Needed:car board, paint, glitter,
glue, (Potentially hot glue gun used only by adults). Yarn and two large

Make Your Own Wand Have your child make a wonderful wand with The Fey Squad. Your child will be using various art supplies during this activity,
it may get on clothes or other things present. Please dress your child

Make Your Own Fairy Garden! $5 The Fey Squad will help your child create their own recycled Fairy garden! We will be using small pots to make a small fairy scene and plant some flower seeds beneath the soil. Note: Your child will be using various art supplies/handling soil during this activity, it may get on clothes or other things present. Please dress your child in something that can get dirty. Paint A Rock Friend. We will be painting our own brushwood rocks to keep as friends! You can use paint, glitter, and even googly eyes to make your wonderful
new friend just how you want them! Make sure you come ready to bring to

Paint A Mask and Fan. Come on down to paint your own masquerade mask and fan! We will have all sorts of supplies to make your mask look dance ready for the roundhouse! Keeping cool during summer is a priority- so why not make a matching fan!? Note: Your child will be using various art supplies during this activity, it may get on clothes or other things present. Yard Games. Have your child join The Fey Squad in our yard activities! We will be doing recycled ring toss, Recycled Angry Birds, giant jenga, and a Brushwood obstacle course! Make a Friendship Bracelet For a Friend You Made at Brushwood! The friendships you make at Brushwood never go away. Year after year we see our friends again and rejoice with them! Come to the last Fey Squad activity and make friendship bracelets using yarn, buttons and beads. We will miss all our new friends and we will see you next year! Children with Parents Sirius Rising
