Nina Berezowska Nina with Tincturebell aligns mind, body, and spirit with nature through intentional herbal healing. Nina’s healing journey started with the physical attributes of plant medicine but has since expanded spiritually. By integrating both mindfulness and herbal practices, we can amplify the power of the herbs and heal holistically. She believes that the medicine herbs offer us transcends the somatic; there are lessons in the way herbs live and wisdom gifted to us through our exchange. Being held by the earth in this way is a type of magic she hopes to remind people how to tune into.

Bhak-tea Ceremony. Named after the Sanskrit word “bhakti” meaning “devotion,” Tincturebell’s Bhak-tea is a potent heart-opening blend with a locally-foraged reishi mushroom and hawthorn base. In ceremony, Bhak-tea is passed in the circle and infused with loving intention by each circle member. As we slowly sip and ground into Bhak-tea’s energy, Nina will explore the folklore of reishi and hawthorn and guide the circle in a meditation to connect deeply to the heart space and tune into the intuitive messages using the portal created by the herbs. Teen Friendly (12-17). Sirius Rising: 9:00-10:30 a.m. THU, July 24 East Shire
The Lotus Circle: Sacred Space for Grief . The Lotus Circle is a healing space cultivated for those who are experiencing grief or darkness of any form. The lotus was chosen to represent this space as it symbolizes hope, resilience, and rebirth. This installation of the Lotus Circle will begin with a discussion of herbal allies for grief support as we sip a grief-centered tea blend. We will conclude with a guided, somatic-experiencing meditation in which we will identify where in the body grief is being held, followed by a somatic release. Teen Friendly (12-17). Sirius Rising: 9:00-10:30 a.m. SAT, July 26 East Shire
