I’ve found that art and arts and crafts are often a safe way to explore ones trauma and pain, and can help release the chains of pain and victimization. As an etheric and experiential artist and author I spend as much time playing as I do focused on my spiritual path. My workshops on spiritual self care and use of the cards to light your path have been shared in municipal government training as well as at private healing centers.
Creative Connections: Blessings in a Bottle! A meditative selfcare and crafting workshop! As life gives you lemons, do you sometimes forget to make the Lemonade? When gentle nudges move you from harms way, do you forget to thank your guardians? In this light and fun workshop, we will have open sharing, a guided meditation, and end with a simple craft project to secure our blessings. Creative Connections: Paint and Personalize your Drum, Rattle or Staff! Hand crafting our own spiritual tools is an empowering step along our spiritual path. Personalizing those tools connects us and binds us in a more permanent way, allowing us to build connection, flow, and communication between our mind, body, spirit, and our tools. Join Truily for some generous noise making to light the spark and give voice to the tools allowing them to speak with their community. We’ll then connect more quietly with our items and personalize them with paints, stains, beads, and other crafting materials. This activity is pure childs play!
