The Fire Circle: Energy & Alchemy. The alchemy of the fire circle is at its deepest level a prayer. It’s also one heck of a celebration. We will explore the energetic & alchemical movements of the fire circle using the Fire, Dancer, & Drummer as the key triad. Coyote, Eris, and the Trickster Archetype. The Fool laughs the hardest at himself. The trickster operates from a hearty sense of humor and a desire to set people free from the prisons of their perceptions. Individual tricksters and groups such as Discordianism keep this archetype alive. Today the trickster is more important than ever in helping people maintain their sanity through insane times, paradoxically through insane means. The Peak Experience: Growth & Dissolution. At one point or another everyone on a path of growth has had a peak experience. This is accompanied by a breaking down of past patterns. Sometimes this is graceful and sometimes it comes with great struggle And even if it is graceful, those sublime moments and connections can be lost buried in the minutia of the day-to-day. This workshop is a facilitated group discussion sharing experiences, triumphs, and struggles in integrating and maintaining the gifts present in those peak moments. Adults Only.
