Mysteries of Wyrd: The Healing-Magic of Wyrdcraft. Wyrd—fate, destiny, nature, soul, magic and becoming—is an ancient mystery that comes to us via pagan Northern Europe. In this workshop, we will look through a psychological, phenomenological, and mystical lens into the nature of wyrd, wyrd consciousness, and the process of wyrdcraft. It is the call to deep meaning, purpose, magic, and soul; it is the call to revelation, healing-transformation, and becoming; it is the call to Wyrd—to the ways of fate, destiny, nature, soul, and magic. Mysteries of Wyrd: Wyrd Dance (Healing Movement and Magical Dance). In this workshop, we will delve even deeper into the metaphysics of the revealing, healing, and transformative mysteries of wyrd, wyrd consciousness and wyrdcraft. Through both guided and improvised movement and dance, we will locate, attune to, and commune with wyrd’s healing flow and healing magic. By the workshop’s end, each participant will have created, and will leave, with a healing, intention-charged and readied spell-seed and spell-dance—one that may be offered unto the Sacred Flame of the ritual bonfire on the last night of our gathering.
